Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for overseeing the efficient day-to-day operation of the Housing Service Center in the coordination of maintenance activities for Tribal Member properties, including rental properties, ensuring timely resolution of issues and exceptional service delivery to our clients. The individual provides supervision to Housing Service Coordinators and their overall performance and provides support to Tribal Members through end-user voice and electronic communications. The incumbent in this position is responsible for managing Housing incidents and service requests, including overseeing and maintaining accurate records of service requests, work orders, maintenance activities, and their resolution in a timely manner. The individual ensures that excellent member care is provided with the application of Housing Policy and serves as an advocate for Tribal Members and their housing needs. Associate’s degree is required. A minimum of four (4) years of progressive experience in property management, facilities management, call center operations, or a related field is required. An equivalent combination of education/training and experience will be considered. Possession of a valid Florida driver’s license is required. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, tenants, and maintenance personnel. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook, as well as Yardi Voyager Property Management software. Ability to travel to all reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
