Job Description
The incumbent is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all travel logistics for the Chairman Office staff (“Clients”), while also providing on site support as a travel companion when required. This role coordinates all travel components—including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and activity itineraries—by processing bookings based on each Client’s needs and travel preferences. The individual in this position may partner with travel specialists to escalate complex travel arrangements and to ensure consistent concierge level service. Responsibilities include supporting all travel planning, group travel coordination, vendor communications, and travel related event needs. When accompanying Clients, the incumbent provides hands on assistance throughout the trip to ensure a safe, smooth, and efficient travel experience. High School Diploma or equivalent GED is required. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in travel coordination, event planning, hospitality, customer service, with a strong emphasis on delivering high-level, concierge-style service is required. Certifications as Travel Associate (CTA) or Travel Counselor (CTC) are highly preferred. Prior experience working with Sabre Red 360 booking software is also preferred. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License. Demonstrated ability to provide exclusive, personalized customer care is required. Ability to work in a team setting and able to work independently. Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft office programs. Ability to travel, to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays are requirements for this position.
