Job Description

The incumbent in this position oversees all daily vending machine operations for the Seminole Tribe of Florida Inc.’s Smoke Shops, Seminole Casinos, and other Tribal facilities. The incumbent is responsible for supervising staff involved in vending operations and coordinating the delivery, stocking, and merchandising of all vending products to ensure machines operate efficiently, safely, and at optimal profitability. The individual performs advanced administrative, operational, and technical functions, including managing inventory systems; overseeing cash handling and deposits; gathering and analyzing operational data; preparing monthly reports detailing product lines, sales, purchases, and inventory by location; and maintaining all required supporting documentation. Additional responsibilities include route oversight, technology-related tasks, and coordinating maintenance to ensure machines operate properly in compliance with Tribal policies and standards. The incumbent travels to all Tribal locations to verify machine functionality, address operational issues, and support staff performance. High School diploma or GED equivalent is required. An Associate’s Degree is preferred. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a supervisory role is required, preferably in vending/food services. The incumbent must be able to work independently or within diverse groups. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License and a clean driving record is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft office products (word, excel, outlook). Ability to travel to all Seminole Reservations and to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays, is a requirement of this position.
