Job Description

The incumbent in this position will be responsible for overseeing the Tribal Wide planning, implementation, and evaluation of events, program services, initiatives, and activities. Duties will include working with a team supporting and implementing events and programs for youth, creative projects & marketing efforts. This role involves coordinating event logistics, designing promotional content such as flyers, and supporting the planning and execution of dynamic initiatives geared toward youth. The individual will travel to other sites on the STOF reservations assisting with development and implementation of program goals and objectives. High School diploma or equivalent GED required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in planning and implementing youth programs and/or working with children is required, or any equivalent combination of relevant training and experience. Familiarity with design tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Cricut, Canva, or similar programs is highly preferred. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Certification for CPR, First Aid, and AED is required. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Ability to travel to all STOF reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
