Job Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for the identification, verification, tracking, and maintaining accurate fixed asset inventories, including vehicles, equipment, and other designated assets across all assigned reservations. The individual ensures that all assets are properly recorded, documented, and inspected in accordance with established accounting policies and procedures. The incumbent evaluates relevant information associated with each asset, helps reduce discrepancies, and supports compliance with internal controls. High School diploma or equivalent GED is required. Associate’s degree is preferred. A minimum of two (2) years of experience working in inventory control or fixed assets is required. An equivalent combination of education/training and experience will be considered. Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair sis preferred. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Ability to work outdoors is required. Ability to travel to all reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
