Job Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for supporting the operations of the Seminole Tribe of Florida Inc.’s Trading Post gas stations and convenience stores. The individual serves as the primary operational partner to the General Manager providing direct supervision of the Trading Post Managers across all STOFI retail locations, ensuring each site operates efficiently, profitably, and operations are aligned with organizational standards and goals. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily retail functions, merchandising execution, administrative processes, financial oversight, operational improvement initiatives, and overall multi-location performance. The Assistant General Manager supports leadership efforts related to staff development, hiring and training store managers, collaborating with managers to set goals for each store, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, performance management, and communicating and enforcing policies to managers and team members. The incumbent assists the General Manager with processing invoices, reconciling billing statements, generating and reviewing reports, and managing inventory and purchase orders. This position reports to the Trading Post General Manager or designee and is an exempt position.
