Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for supporting the operations of the Seminole Tribe of Florida Inc.’s Trading Posts and RV Resort. The individual assists the General Manager in overseeing the daily retail and hospitality functions, staff development, merchandising, administrative processes, and overall site performance. Assists with hiring and training store managers, collaborating with managers to set goals for each store, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, and communicating and enforcing policies to managers and team members. This role is responsible for providing direct supervision to the Trading Post Managers across all STOFI retail locations, ensuring operations are aligned with organizational standards and goals. The incumbent assists the General Manager with processing invoices, reconciling billing statements, generating and reviewing reports, and managing purchase orders. The Assistant General Manager ensures operational excellence by supporting inventory management, merchandising execution, customer service initiatives, and financial reporting.
