Job Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for supporting the operations of the Seminole Tribe of Florida Inc. Wholesale Department by supporting the Wholesale Warehouse Manager in overseeing day-to-day wholesale operations, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment and sales execution. This role helps develop sales strategies, monitors performance metrics, coordinates operational functions to maintain high service levels for wholesale clients and contributes to achieving overall departmental goals. Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is required. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in wholesale, distribution, or sales operations is required. Prior supervisory experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education/training and experience may be considered. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and sales operations is required. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Must demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Must demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
