Job Description
This is a, semi-skilled position with work in several trade areas regarding the maintenance and repair of recreational buildings, grounds and related assets. Under close supervision, the incumbent in this position is responsible for performing and assisting in maintenance and repairs throughout the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s recreational buildings, facilities, grounds, courts, sport Fields/clays and surrounding assets and recreational equipment, ensuring their clean and safe operations. High School diploma or equivalent GED is required. A minimum of three (3) years of prior experience working in the maintenance and repair of buildings recreational assets, sports fields and amenities, and/or ground is required. Vocational/technical training in maintenance and/or mechanical repair or any combination of relevant training and experience will be considered.
