Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for overseeing the financial and contractual components of the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Housing Relocation Program. The incumbent manages relocation-related financial documentation, reviews leasing and vendor agreements, and ensures that all financial transactions comply with established policies, procedures, and budgetary guidelines. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting efficient, compliant relocation operations. Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is required. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. A minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in financial administration, contract management, or relocation program support. Prior experience working with purchasing systems, accounting software, or financial management tools preferred. An equivalent combination of education/training and experience will be considered. Possession of a valid Florida driver’s license is required. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrate excellent organizational analytical, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft office products. Ability to travel to all reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
